CoD: World at War Map Pack 3 Confirmed for PC
Earlier this month, the third map pack was released for Call of Duty: World at War on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360… but not the PC. Don’t fret, PC gamers — Treyarch has now confirmed on their official forum that the map pack is coming to the PC soon, along with a new patch to iron out some “additional game issues” (as patches are wont to do).
“As with the previous two Map Packs, Map Pack 3 will indeed be coming to the PC — the team is hard at work on it and I’ll let you know when it’s in test,” wrote a Treyarch developer in a forum post. “As such, there will be a Patch 1.6 as well, which will address some additional game issues. When I have details on what else will be included in the patch I will be sure to post them.”
As you can see, no release date for the PC map pack was given, so PC gamers will just have to exercise a little more patience for now.
