Mass Effect’s ‘Pinnacle Station’ DLC Now Available

Switzerland’s official Xbox 360 website was a tad premature when they detailed Mass Effect’s new DLC yesterday, but it turns out they didn’t jump the gun by much; the “Pinnacle Station” add-on is now available on the side of download on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Sitting at 246 MB, the unaccustomed mission is purported to be between two and three hours of new content for Shepard and the crew to explore. It’s station on an isolated space station, where developer Bioware promises “13 exciting rencounter scenarios.”

Pinnacle Station is priced at 400 Microsoft points, or near to $5.00 — the same asking price as Mass Effect’s primitive DLC, “Sky.” Seem like a good enough excuse to drop five bones and dust off the Normandy’s navigation bracket?
