Pre-orders For Sins Of A Solar Empire: Diplomacy Now Open
The nearest Sins of a Solar Empire “micro-expansion” is nearly upon us. Ironclad Games and Stardock acquire announced that they are taking pre-orders for Diplomacy, which is in some degree much as you would expect.
The expansion promises to add a repaired tech tree based around Diplomacy, as well as “envoy cruisers,” the cleverness to give missions to other players and a new relationship, amid other things. It is the second of three planned micro-expansions, through the first adding starbases.
Diplomacy will require both the original stratagem and Entrenchment to play, and can be pre-ordered here.
No screenshots at the same time, but they’re apparently coming soon. The expansion will likely set in an open beta this winter, with the anticipated release date existence February 2010.
